I'm Steve Parry, founder of White Barn Real Estate — a locally owned multifamily real estate company focusing only in Southern New Hampshire.

My path into real estate started in 2010 when I bought my first property while working for a construction management firm. I renovated it myself, rented it out, and never looked back. That first deal taught me something I've carried into every acquisition since: the combination of construction knowledge and long-term ownership is a genuine edge. That construction background runs deep.

Over 16 years I've been hands-on in over $100 million worth of construction projects across more than 1,500 residential units — work that gives me an instinct for what a property actually needs versus what it appears to need. Today White Barn owns and operates multifamily properties across Manchester, Nashua, Milford, and Southern New Hampshire.

We buy with our own capital, without outside investors or partners, and we hold for the long term. When we buy a property, we're committed to it — to the building, and to the people who live there.

I live just north of Boston with my wife and two kids. Outside of work I'm a Patriots fan and a love live music.
